Charlotte Priestley is an Australian design leader with over 20 years' experience across Service Design, CX, UX and UI. She has worked in the travel and wagering industries, and for the past decade in the finance sector, leading teams and delivering human-centred, commercially impactful digital experiences.

Charlotte Priestley founded Urban Oak Design to create a flexible, values-led studio shaped by both expertise and lived experience. As a loving mother of two — including a child with disabilities — and partner to a husband living with a progressive, life-changing neurological condition, she understands resilience, adaptability and the importance of meaningful work.

Passionate about supporting local business, Charlotte Priestley champions community at every opportunity — including her 2022 wedding in Creswick, where she proudly chose local venues, florists and accommodation providers. Her work is grounded in empathy, strong leadership and a belief that thoughtful design can strengthen both organisations and communities.
